We’re excited to get your order to you!
Kokotete ships to most countries worldwide and offers free standard shipping on orders of $49 USD or more (after all discounts are applied).
1. Order Processing
Once your payment has been confirmed, our warehouse typically requires 1–5 business days to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Note: During peak seasons (such as holidays or year-end sales), order processing times may be slightly longer due to high volume or extreme weather conditions.
2. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Notification Email with:

A tracking link to follow your order status
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Kokotete account.
Tip: If tracking details do not appear immediately, please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their system from the first scan point.
3. Shipping Options & Rates

Flat Rate Express Shipping: $25.99 USD
Express shipping is available for select destinations and cannot be applied to pre-order items.
Express Shipping Availability (Europe)
Currently available for the following countries:
Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, and Poland.
Additional Destinations
We also ship to most international locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, New Zealand, Mexico, Ireland, Finland, and Vietnam.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Your estimated arrival time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

5. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to:

APO/FPO/DPO addresses in Europe

Non-continental European territories and islands
This is because our carriers cannot guarantee safe or traceable delivery to these locations.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery of a package due to import duties or taxes, you will be responsible for:

Any customs charges or handling fees incurred
According to customs regulations, Kokotete cannot declare purchased items as gifts or lower the declared value of your order.
7. Address Changes or Errors
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@kokotete.com before your order ships.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change or redirect the delivery address.
Kokotete is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as customs inspections, weather disruptions, or carrier issues) may cause slight delays.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.
