We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Return Window: You have 14 days from receiving your items to request a return.

Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective.

Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. Final Sale items and intimate wear (e.g., swimsuits, lingerie) are not returnable.

How to Return: Email us at info@kokotete.com with your order number, return reason, and photos (if applicable).

Follow our return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Important Notes:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent without prior approval or to the wrong address won’t be accepted.

Store Credit purchases are Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
